On Tuesday, August 12, 2025, InNova Consulting, Inc. proudly celebrated its ribbon cutting and open house at our new Lincolnwood location. The event brought together community members, business leaders, and elected officials to mark this exciting milestone for our firm.
Founded by Samina Saleem, a longtime resident of Lincolnwood, and her partner Julian Gnatenco, InNova Consulting is a certified Woman, Minority, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (WMDBE) offering a comprehensive suite of professional services. Our areas of expertise include transportation and structural engineering, traffic and safety studies, aviation planning, construction inspection, landscape architecture, urban planning, public involvement, and public outreach. Our mission is to deliver innovative and inclusive solutions that strengthen and enhance the built environment.
The celebration underscored the importance of collaboration and community support. We are grateful to Mayor Jesal Patel, the Village of Lincolnwood Board of Trustees, State Senator Ram Villavalam, and the Lincolnwood Chamber of Commerce Board for joining us at this milestone event. Their presence highlighted the strong partnerships that help foster growth and innovation in the region.
