Amal Muhsin Shares AI Insights at Women in Business Luncheon

On February 17, 2026, InNova’s Solutions and Strategy Manager, Amal Muhsin, MCIS, , presented at the Lincolnwood Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Luncheon on the practical use of artificial intelligence in today’s workplace.

Her session, “The Augmented Professional: How AI Makes You More Valuable, Not Replaceable,” explored how professionals can use AI to reduce repetitive work, improve clarity, and strengthen decision-making while maintaining the human judgment that drives leadership and innovation.

Amal encouraged attendees to approach AI strategically by identifying workflow friction, defining measurable outcomes, and ensuring data readiness before implementing new tools. A key message of the presentation was that professionals who learn to leverage AI effectively increase their value and impact within their organizations.

The discussion also highlighted InNova’s broader commitment to helping organizations move beyond AI buzzwords and toward practical implementation. The InNova team works with clients to assess readiness, align AI initiatives with strategic objectives, strengthen data foundations, and deploy solutions that enhance productivity, insight, and decision-making.

By combining technical expertise with business strategy and change management, InNova helps ensure AI is integrated thoughtfully and delivers measurable impact for the organizations it serves.

InNova is proud to be an active community member of the Lincolnwood Chamber of Commerce & Industry and values the opportunity to engage with local leaders, businesses, and organizations. We look forward to continuing to build partnerships that strengthen the local business community and support innovation across the region.
