InNova Consulting, Inc. recently marked our third anniversary with a Client Appreciation Event bringing together clients, partners, community leaders, friends, and supporters who have shaped the firm’s first three years.
A Milestone Recognized by Cook County
During the celebration, the Cook County Board of Commissioners presented InNova with an official proclamation recognizing the firm’s continued contributions to the community. The recognition reflects the mission InNova’s team considers central to our work: engineering is not only about infrastructure, it is about the people who depend on it every day. Safer intersections, better mobility, and stronger connectivity are outcomes that residents feel long after a project closes out.
Built on Relationships
“Our success would not be possible without the incredible support of our clients, partners, team members, family, and community,” said Meraj Samina Saleem, President of InNova Consulting. “We are grateful for everyone who believed in our vision and helped us grow into the firm we are today.”
That sentiment captures how InNova has approached growth from the start. The firm’s client-focused model depends on long-term relationships, responsiveness, and a team willing to dig into the details of each community we work in.
Looking Ahead
InNova continues to expand its work across civil engineering, traffic engineering, transportation planning, infrastructure solutions, and Information Technology solutions for public and private sector clients throughout the Midwest.
We want to reiterate our thanks to everyone who attended the Client Appreciation Event and everyone who has been part of our journey so far. The best measure of success is the partnerships that made them possible, and those partnerships are what our growth will continue to be built on.
